Today it was a lovely and sunny day at Piteå Nordic Dog Show.
Amazing Apollo won Best Male 2 with CC and Res Nordic CC! Making him a new
SWEDISH CHAMPION !
Arti wins a creditable second in a big Open class with Exc and CK. She is holding on to whatever coat she has left...

JUNIOR WARRANT SEMI FINALIST
Thank you to top all rounder Mr Robert Dunlop for thinking so highly of our special girl, she was pulled out first within a quality line up of 77 on the day.
At Evesham & DCS Premier Show Dazz was also BEST OF BREED and PASTORAL GROUP 1 under Mrs Val Dyer. Thank you so much!

Katya is no longer in the UK and staying with Birgit, Ingemar, and the amazing Frostice Shelties in Sweden!
Arti and Apollo are with her…Their first adventure together was at the NSSK - Norsk Shetland Sheepdog Klubb in Frya,Norway!
Their debut couldn’t have gone better…
At the first show:
Apollo was awarded Excellent and CK in a stunning Champion Class!
Arti absolutely shone — taking Excellent, CK, 1st in Open, Best Bitch 1, CERT (CC) and BIM (BOS)!
At the second show:
Apollo was awarded Excellent,CK, Best Male 4 with Major CAC (CC) thus making him a new Norwegian Champion!
Arti repeated her fabulous success and won Excellent,CK, Best Bitch 1 also with Major CAC (CC) and BIM (BOS)!
At Southern Counties Ch Show our “new” star LAVIKA ASTRA STORM won her first CC ! Her sister ARTEMIS and daddy CH APOLLO also won their classes today.
Artemis also qualified for the YKC Stakes final held at Crufts 2026.

DIPPERSMOOR DAZZLING STAR JW takes her 1st in YEARLING and BEST BITCH CC at just 18 months old of age. First show for DAZZ this year after finishing her puppy career last year as TOP SHETLAND SHEEPDOG PUPPY IN UK and what an exciting start
Her daddy PHILLIP CH LAVIKA STARLIGHT SALUTE takes 2nd in OPEN and rounding off his day with RES BEST DOG RCC
Lyssa CH LAVIKA LATECA takes 2nd in OPEN

His grandmother Lexi - Ch Lavika Black Beauty JW VW - won BVB & BVIB! Unfortunately missed the Veteran Group as it clashed with the other show…
A big huge congratulations to Lana who was handling beautiful Viva the Rough Collie to her 2nd BCC & BOB and of course delighted owners Alan , John & Mary. Another big congratulations to Nataliya for winning BPIB & TOY PUPPY GROUP 1!

At Working & Pastoral of Wales, Kai ( Ch Lavika Deep Blue Ocean ) won his 11th RCC. His mother Lexi ( Ch Lavika Black Beauty JW VW ) won her Veteran Class, Best Veteran In Breed and later a lovely Veteran Group 3 with lots of competiton!
Day One at Crufts, our Artemis ( Lavika Sunset Rose JW ) put on a great preformance in the big ring for the Junior Warrant Finals. Although we weren't placed as the Top 2, we had a great time flying the flag for the Shelties!
Day Four at Crufts, Artemis was 3rd in Mid-Limit Bitch and her Grandfather Kai ( Ch Lavika Deep Blue Ocean ) was 3rd in Open Dog.
At Manchester Championship Dog Show 2025, Lexi ( Ch Lavika Black Beauty JW VW ) won 1st Veteran Bitch and ultimately Best Veteran in Breed. She also placed 2nd in the big YKC Stakes Class. Lexi's handsome son Kai
( Ch Lavika Deep Blue Ocean ) won his 10th RCC. Kai's son Apollo
( Ch Lavika Moonlight Storm JW ) was 3rd behind him in open dog. Apollo's daughter Artemis ( Lavika Sunset Rose JW ) ,after her break from shows, won her class.
